At Suraxmi, every jewelry item is handcrafted and customized with care and love. Because each piece is made to order, we maintain a strict no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy. Kindly review all product and customization details before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • 📦 Shipping charges apply based on parcel weight and delivery location.

  • ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • ✅ All orders are prepaid only.

International Shipping:

  • 🌍 We ship worldwide.

  • 💸 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total parcel weight and destination.

  • 🛃 Customs duties/taxes/import charges must be paid by the customer directly upon delivery (if applicable).

🕒 Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • 🛠️ Processing Time: 3–5 working days (as each item is handmade to order).

  • 🚚 Domestic Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • 🌐 International Delivery: 10–15 working days (subject to customs clearance).

📸 Damaged Parcel Instructions

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with:

  1. 📹 Record an unboxing video before opening.

  2. 📷 Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  3. ❌ Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.

  4. 📩 Email all evidence within 24 hours of delivery to:
